When will i receive my delivery?
Gift baskets will typically be dispatched within one working day of the order, providing stock availability.Please allow up three working days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered by Wednesday. Please note delivery in NW11, NW4 , N16 and surrounding areas can usually be within one day. If you would like your gift sooner please call or email and we will endeavour to accommodate you.
Is same day delivery available?
Same day delivery is available depending on stock in NW11, NW4, N16, N15, E5, providing the order has arrived by midday. Please call or email to confirm. Next day delivery is also available for all postcodes, please call or email to confirm.

What is the policy on exchanges, returns or cancellations?
We cannot accept any exchanges, returns or cancellations as all our gift baskets are made to order, however we can exchange the size of sleepsuits if available. We will replace any items that have arrived damaged.
