It is our policy to not only sell you what you want but to make sure that both you and the recipient are delighted with your purchase. We aim to please you, so that you will want to shop with us again. In order to do this we like to be transparent with our policies.

All prices include VAT

We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order with all the purchase details and we will send a second e-mail to tell you your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the details of their order and delivery address are correct at time of purchase. The Wickerberry cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error. Please leave delivery instructions at checkout, or you may be charged for redelivery if necessary. Should the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must advise us by e-mail within two days.

We cannot refund delivery costs for reasons outside our control once we have dispatched the order.

Any prices listed may contain errors or omissions. In which case we will not be duty bound to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes, and some items may differ slightly but will always be of comparable quality.

We use STRIPE.COM for online credit card authorisation and WORLD PAY ZINC for telephone orders. Both are safe and secure.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit/debit card you are using has sufficient funds to pay for the cost of your purchase and that you are over 18 years old.

We will not give out your details to third parties without your consent.
